1.1 The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions, cancel and refund the money for a commission, at any time. In case of cancellation by the artist, the work made up until the cancellation point will be sent to the client. The refund, if applicable, will be proportional to the completion of the artwork. (80% after drafting, 60% after sketching, and 40% after base colors. If the rendering proccess was started, the refund is not applicable).

1.2 The final product is strictly for Personal Noncommercial Use. Rights must be purchased for Commercial Use.

1.3 Always credit and link back to The Artist whenever you post it online.

1.4 The Artist retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs. Unless the Full Rights to the artwork are purchased.

1.5 The Artist is allowed to display all commissioned outputs and post it online or include it in their portfolio and other platforms, unless the client requests a private / NDA commission (See 2.4.2). That includes recording of the art creation proccess for the beforementioned purposes, as well as content creation.

1.6 The final outputs of the commission MAY NOT be used in any way to be used on or train generative AI.

1.7 Contact should be done through Instagram, Twitter or E-mail.

2.1 Accepted methods of payment: Paypal

2.2 Commissions under USD 500 will be paid fully upfront.

2.3 Commissions priced at 500 USD and above can be paid 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion. That is, however, completely up to the client.

2.4 The value of the commission may be discussed with the client and raised in the following cases:

^{2.4.1 A Design fee will apply for vague/nonexistent image references, or if there is an aspect on the commission that has to be designed by the artist. This will be calculated according to the amount and complexity of designs drafted.}

^{2.4.2 A 20% fee will be applied to private or NDA commissions. Non-Watermarked works will contain a 50% fee.}

^{2.4.3 A 30%-50% rush fee will be applied depending on the deadline.}

^{2.4.4 Commission price may also increase base on character design or background complexity.}

3.1 The client will receive updates during the drafting, sketching and base color stages of the commission.

^{3.1.1 During the DRAFTING STAGE the commission can be heavily altered in composition and poses.}

^{3.1.2 During the SKETCHING STAGE the commission can have alterations such as head, hands, arms, etc. positioning, and smaller details.}

^{3.1.3 During the BASE COLOR STAGE, the sketch of the commission can no longer be altered by request of the client, only the colors/color palette.}

3.2 Files will be delivered in a Google Drive folder (PNG and flattened PSD).

3.3 After the conclusion and delivery, 2 revisions will be available, excluding any revisions necessary due to mistakes on the Artist’s part. Any further revisions will cost a total of 10% of the full commission price each.

4.1 The usual time frame for the completion of a commission is 1-2 months depending on complexity.

4.2 A general or set timeline can be decided by the client while negotiating the commission.

4.3 Due to college and other personal obligations, there will be instances where pieces may take longer to be completed, this, however, will be communicated with the client, as well as constantly updated.

4.4 A tight deadline will be subject to a Rush Fee.

You can use and alter the commission is the following ways:

^{Print it for yourself, and display it in any way you wish to.}

6.1 You will be entitled to full refund in case The Artist is unable to provide any progress within a month of payment.

6.2 In case of cancellation on the client's part before the drafting stage, they'll be entitled to a refund with a 10% kill fee.

6.3 Cancelling after the commission process begins (drafting), will be proportional to the completion of the artwork. (70% after drafting, 50% after sketching, and 30% after base colors. If the rendering process was started, the refund is not applicable).

Commercial usage entails any actions that will make a profit out of the artwork, such as:

^{Promotional (boosted or not) posts advertising products, events, streams, and similar uses.}

^{YouTube video thumbnails, Stream layouts/overlays, and usage in Youtube videos in general.}

^{Reproduction on any type of merch.}

The price and purchase of Commercial or Full Rights may be discussed with the artist before or after the commission is completed and delivered.
